But, if an airplane is flying from the roof of your house or your house is near the airport, then you have to take special care of some things.
Pilot has trouble
You must take care that the laser light does not fall on the plane. Otherwise you may have to go to jail as well. In fact, during Durga Puja in October in the year 2021, many pilots complained that when they were landing their aircraft, their attention was getting distracted due to the laser light. In August 2017, a similar complaint was also made by the pilot of Indigo to the air traffic controller of Delhi airport. After which, last year, the Ministry of Civil Aviation issued a proposal for police action against those who flash laser light on any aircraft in the vicinity of the Indian airport. Means now those who do this can be jailed.

The ministry, in a notification dated July 6 last year, had sought amendments to the Aircraft Rules, 1937. It has been proposed that if the person using the laser light is identified, he will first be given a notice from an officer of the Central Government. If such person does not switch off the laser light within 24 hours of receiving the notice, then the Central Government can take concrete steps against him. Also FIR can be lodged in concerned police station.
The plane may crash
Nowadays the use of laser light has increased a lot in weddings, parties and fairs. The light of laser light goes very far. There is movement of planes at the airport. Due to the burning of such laser lights around the airport, their focus also falls on the airplanes. This is very dangerous for aviation security. Due to the distraction of the pilot, the plane can also crash. Because a laser beam can obstruct the pilot’s ability to see. Especially during critical phases of flight such as takeoff or landing, when their full attention is required, such an incident can prove to be quite dangerous. So make sure that if laser light is being used for decoration, it should not affect the aeroplane.
